QQ would be going on and on about how the game isn't fair or listing the various reasons RIOT must be a bad company.
This isn't QQ, its feedback. There is a difference.
QQ: "This game is garbage because assassins/bruisers/adc/whatever"
Feedback: "This game is garbage because you took a huge risk by artificially shortening the game length"
There is always going to be a few champions that are better than the others. There will always be a class of champions that are somewhat more powerful than the other classes. Its a waste of time to cry about assassins or tanks or kogmaw or jax.
Its not a waste of time to complain about a basic risk management mistake. This sort of thing doesn't happen all the time. In fact, in my 5 years playing this is the first time its happened on such a staggering scale. Average game length is dictated by a variety of factors that range across every spectrum of the game, from gold generation to champion kits, from tower and minion damage to player perception. Artificially shortening it by blowing up a few factors will naturally create side effects and pressure the system in odd ways, and there is a risk of diminishing the enjoyability of the game by doing so.
Would you rather have good and fun games that are 45 minutes on average, or games that much less fun but 30 minutes long on average? What about games that are 30 minutes long but are the same amount of fun?
Riot wanted to reduce the length of matches, and took a risk, and it didn't pay off. Its going to take a lot of balance work to recalibrate the systems within the game that were responsible for making 45 minute matches so fun to take into account the altered game length, and even if they work their asses off I don't see it happening within 3 or 4 months.
So I'm saying its best to just leave it and let them get to work and then come back when the game is put back into alignment.
