This is just a thought, but a support oriented summoner spell (similar to Smite) had been brought up in another post, and I had a thought. Solve 2 problems at once:
New summoner spell - Warden
Resets wards to full. These include wards from items such as: 
. Cooldown 3 minutes (180 secs).
Thoughts?

I don't know about you, but most supports don't want to have to back every 30 seconds after they drop all their wards following their teams charge up mid, especially late game. Also, for junglers, it would reset smite if you had trackers knife. Have you never gone on a run, chasing enemies around the jungle, only to run out of wards while you're still trying to run down that last Teemo? Would reset the CD on sweepers too.
(Edit) also, clarity is only available in ARAMS. This is, granted, a situational choice, but so is every summoner spell except maybe flash or ghost, and even then, recent meta top has seen a rash of champs with Exhaust and Ignite.

interesting idea, but obviously needs more than just ward refill.
OO WHAT ABOUT A PASSIVE ON IT? Like more gold over time or cdr on item actives as well. or maybe every 30 seconds refills 1 charge on your sightstone / totem
