The difference is that its a lot easier to go 7-0 on draven than on vayne out of laning phase.

For vayne to get any kill whatsoever or lead IN LANE her enemies have to be horribad.

have you ever seen a 0/9 still 1 shot carries and carry the game. an arly shut down doesn't help much. I can destroy a nasus and he can still 3 shot people

The point of these champs that have godly late game potential is that their early is horrid, take advantage of that and snowball to the point they cant make it to the their late game.

It's commonly said and used in higher elos, so why can't it be used here?

Thats how it works though, if a champion is lategame then you have to beat them early game to win. If you arnet good enough to be a late game champion as a early game champion, you simply dont deserve that win

There shouldn't be any champs who's lategame is so good that they need to be stomped early to win against them

If you pick ~3 early game champions that should be an auto win.

Have your jungler gank and use catchup XP to stay even in levels, and start diving at lvl 6. Have top roam mid or mid roam bot if top's a juggernaut, take dragon + get kills. Have jungler camp top and take herald.
