It needs to be removed immediately. The haste is CONSTANTLY ON. Every single adc in the game right now is a mini warwick.

You can't outrun, or chase an ADC. It's freaking stupid. It is the single best rune in the game, and there say that ever existed for any class period since season 1, including old masteries.

This abomination must be stopped now. Tired of fighting 500 movespeed "immobile" adcs.
