Can Rengar give more of a warning when ulting?

Rengar can jump on people and instantly delete squishies and the only warning they get before their impending doom is that tiny exclamation point over their heads when he's about to butter their biscuits; which doesn't give a fair warning if he's ulting while close to you.

Sion and Nocturne yell something when they ult can Rengar say a neat hunting quote when he ults?

Edit: I have no issue with the damage rengar puts out especially when he ults my issue is that when he ults sometimes I don't even see the "!" and then someone is dead. I just want more clarity when he ults so We know he is lurking somewhere
