Is Singed going to be addressed during the tank update?
At least as part of the lower scope changes. Particularly his passive or his W, he could use a little oomph.

I hope not, he's not really a tank, unless you want to turn him into an actual tank or something. That would be nice

I really hope not Singed, as he is, is a fun champ that relies on you being able to tilt your enemies and make them chase you around the map for 5 mins as your team takes bot/top inhib and they type in all chat gg??????
He's an ap bruiser as others say but he's unique in that he's a push machine, it's why he is played top lane. His engage and peel is unique to his kit, especially when you hit off a rylai's, And his tank steroid is perfect.
I mean what champ teamfights, that's not aurelion sol, by literally running around in circles?
I hope he gets a better passive, but Riot said champion changes like new passives and such will be overall on the lower end to focus on the big three.

Riot stated that they were not likely going to do ANY lower scope reworks, because they wanted to make sure they did the main 3 right.
