With 1 times all mages get 35% cd at level 10 and 50% cd on their ults. Zoes none cd having burst ass needs to be nerfed still. Wtf are you waiting for? Because spamming a 5 second stun and a burst which literally does half peoples hp level 1 is fucking healthy.

Kai'sa isn't weak, I got an s on her my first game. As for orn, he is tank and they need to be reworked as a tank should tank not do more damage than carries. If he is dong massive damage while having huge utility like most tanks do, they will end up in the shitter because it unbalances the game. As for Zoe, she is not gutted in any sense. Her damage is way to unbalanced for someone with a lot utility and mobility. Imagine Yasuo Doing half your hp in damage with 1 q. You'd be pretty upset.
