How tf is Xin balanced?
I mean the radius for his ult is basically also his melee range, there's nothing you can do if you're an adc, mage, etc. was Xin just reworked to be a middle finger to them?

xxxDogmanxxx1 votesOh, really? I did not know Xin Zhao had a 450 unit melee range now. Must have slipped by literally everybody when they reworked him.
Oh wait, just checked. He doesn't. He still has 175 range. 175 =/= 450.
And there's nothing you can do as an ADC, Mage, etc.? Really? There's this thing called CC. The ult doesn't block CC even if you're outside his circle. Saying otherwise is just lying.
