Really no reason to buy this over pd gangplank scales best with raw ad and crit chance so pd is naturally the best option Pd is not expensive for gangplank he can easily farm it with kegs kegs are more than enough waveclear The lighting will only proc on the first keg even a lw would be better even though he already has enough armor pen

the statikk shit damage doesn't apply to kegs therefore its useless crits also deal 3x more damage than statikk shit its a no brainer I'm all for alternative builds except when that build is wrong and doesn't provide any advantages

static shiv is not something you want on gangplank anymore, usually trinity force into IE, BOTRK, bloodthirster etc
