So is Shen ever going to get a buff to fix the nerf he got because of LCS?

Shen is seriously fken painful to play with, I'd rather have the old Shen where I can throw his Q instead of going up and and taking more dmg then I return. His useful ability is practically R but LCS abused it so much that Riot nerfed it, lets not B.S Riot obviously nerf Shen all the time because of LCS if some one think otherwise then please tell me why has Shen always been nerf. Shen always had a low win rate in every rank tier so it make non sense why he keeps on getting nerf how about show him some love for once, even if I'm in the lead with kills and CS Shen for some reason can always still get beaten by any top laner if they build damage and HP.
