Any AD champion can AoE clear a jungle because they don't care to by the upgrade for their item.
Meanwhile AP champions are all locked behind a completed item before they do that.
Rengar, Lee, etc can build Tiamat.
Meanwhile AP champions have to completel Runic Echoes.
Remove the ability to forego the jungle item, make it so that they HAVE to complete the item or the lose exp.

Theorex3 votesThe problem with this is that every AP champion that has AoE has had their AoE buffed to match.
Riot has been buffing everything slowly and steadily. Its part of the reason why everything in this game is a massive snowball now.
BLACK REALM GOD2 votesI would like to see a version of machete and talisman that builds into AP items. or perhaps instead of buying both talisman and machete to make the jungle item they make each a unique tree.
like... for the most part you can only jungle well with attack speed and heavy damage/sustain champions. the exception to this rule is when riot overbuffs champions.
it'd be nice to see a couple more jungle build paths just to round out the jungle items more and provide some more variety. plus - i dont care much for how the unique passives in the tree overlap with the items already in the game. like ludens vs runic and sunfire vs cinderhulk. I'd like to see maybe machete path items grant pure stats while talisman grants active abilities and then there could be a 3rd item tree with passive abilities. idk.
in fact... i might draw something up super fast in paint and then throw some numbers on an excel sheet to see what I come up with.
