Add an Intellect Mastery tree.
It feels like you can do alot more for AD and Hybrid champs now... so why not Redo the Ferocity and add an Intellect tree. that way it adds more options overall, and we can get some AP love.

Brutalitops011 votesThis preseason was all about adding options to AD champions. With armor items being nerfed and MR items buffed a few patches ago, combined with the AD item rework being a significant buff to the AD champions while the AP item rework overall made some AP items weaker, some stronger, and added nothing new for AP champions to work with, and making the Masteries lean more heavily towards AD or Hybrid champions than AP, it feels just really weak playing an AP champion.
