Soo Riot you decided to nerf champions that has a shield or heal?

But let me tell your something Riot, because like always you guys never listen. It's all over Sejuanied again. Right now Champion with heal and Shield are extremely strong but is it their fault? Or items that Riot decided to include in the game on top of a 3 masteries that intensifies them, the 8% bonus heal and shield the windspeaker blessing and colossus. These are the items that should get NERF NOT those champions, Karma, Ivern and probably janna soon is gonna get nerfed because of those items that are extremely CHEAP AND POWERFUL.

Remember back when Riot decided to Nerf Sejuani and then double nerf her by nerfing Cinderhulk? Well Riot is doing the same Mistake again and again and again... They will NEVER EVER LEARN.

um yea it's kind of the champion's fault, since when does anyone build item 3174 ? It's one of the worst items in the game.

Soo an item that give sustain to someone else because you shield them?

You have to do damage to get those blood charges. Since when is a support going to be going up to an enemy champion and go damage to them? They're saving their abilities for catching out/peeling most of the time.

Janna Soraka Karma don't even buy it anymore in the first place.
