i know that people play Twitch Jungle and Quinn top. but if i want to play Jinx, Xayah, Caitlyn, Jhin, Draven, Miss Fortune, or Tristana, where can i play them besides bot lane and not be trolling?

Pretty much nowhere. The only semi-traditional ADC that reliably works outside of bot is Kindred.
it depends on how good you are with them. i've dominated all 3 lanes as Miss fortune before.
