His Q is now one of the longest ranged abilities, on the lowest cooldown with one of the highest scalings in the game...Not even including the fact it applies on-hit effects.

Its literally ultimate level.

But dont worry, lets nerf every assassin because their burst is too strong, ignore the fact that ADCs do more DPS and more burst thanks to crit.
