I see posts like this all the time about how ADC's are abusing these items and yet, there are only 3 ADC's (
) that I see who actually build these.
One of these is arguably a ranged bruiser now.
can build them because his damage is just so overwhelming he can sacrifice some items in favor of them.
Not really sure how fits into this equation other than having massive burst and being taken top like

's lifeline thingy provides a lot more combat stats than a cleanse. Also with a decent team peeling for you the cleanse loses some of its usefulness. The passive sheild also stops you from being bursted down.

QSS basically makes you unkillable when used correctly while Maw kinda you just makes it harder to kill you.

They work on anything that does physical damage, not just ADC's stop complaining about adcs and realize its the items that are overtuned.
