Just a question to riot about ranked

What active steps are you as a company taking to improve the ranked system? It's been pretty much the same gig since I started playing (season 1). The biggest problems we find are the ones that we need fixed and have persisted since then. Yes you implemented the leaverbuster system, punishing queue dodgers, and the like. However, what steps will you take to prevent things like everyone wanting mid lane/top lane/etc.? How do you intend to prevent problems in games where the players decide to be toxic from the lobby and ultimately decide to troll the team into oblivion?
