What is the counterplay to a large champion standing on top of the adc?

Not a complete and total shitpost, also a serious question. What can I do. There must be something.

Assuming you mean someone body blocking or being a meat shield I'd say farm up or get a gank ready. A team playing it safe like this might be looking to play the long game.

omg i know this feeling, but instead of the adc it's a minion so I can't last hit the minion because the champ is in the way T_T

that what makes melee champion even worse to play. tanks. sit on top of their adcs. you can't click on them. this is why you play a mage and blow the tank and the adc

You hug him, pat him on the head, then you crack a nice big smile across your face and simply say GG.

Aoe(they hydras are your friend as melee), or a singletarget displace vs the tank, or just walking out of range, it needs alot coordination for them to stay that close together while chaseing or just going anywhere. If you don't have the tools/time for any of that, you're simply screwed.

AoE would definitely be good counterplay, but in the scenario you're mentioning, the large champion is already playing themselves by putting all of their power into trying to tank for their marksman, instead of using the rest of their kit (this applies even to Braum, who has a fair bit of offensive CC). Using ranged abilities and attacks will whittle down the tank/fighter's health without them being able to properly retaliate, and in a 2v2, your own tank would be able to do a lot more compared to the other.
