He's been flying under the radar for many patches and the only reason he can keep abusing that item is because he's not played in the competitive scene, while Rek'Sai, being on the spotlight, keeps receiving nerfs and is slowly becoming a knock-up bot (even though she's perfectly balanced in solo queue). She's gonna be the new Elise, nerfed into oblivion for an entire year, if they're ever going to remember her someday in Season 8. Honestly, I don't want to have to wait for that long.
