Fundamentally, Ranged champions should never be allowed to match melee champions.
Range is an enourmous advantage. It's beyond any power or build a melee champion, tank and fighter alike, could ever match. Crossing an entire feild to kill a champion who is 2 shotting you is beyond absurd. Fundamentally, ranged champions should never be allowed to match melee champions in damage. Ever. It's literally a core fundamental princicple that will keep this game unbalanced as long as it is not followed. If I can 2 should a tank a mile away, safe and sound, there will never be balance in this game. The ranged adc class needs to be nerfed, mages as well, until their power output is equal to their range abilities. They are a low risk, max reward class. After building full crit and bloodthrister, which almost all of them do, they are near unkillable. They are matching melee champions in damage and sustain. They are dueling melee champions. That in itself is flaud. In a equal level 1v1 fight melee champions, when they are in range, should never be outtraded by ranged champions. This game will never be balanced as long as adc are a required class to have.
