But yeah guys hes SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO easy to kite

One exhaust is all it takes to keep Garen from one shotting someone. The true damage isn't so strong that Garen can work off of it alone, and reducing his spin damage pretty much makes him a wet noodle.

Also CDR Thresh. Not much more to say than CDR Thresh. He is the nightmare of all easily kited champions.

Every champion has some counters, however saying, well you didnt have CDR thresh or exhaust up so you deserved it is not a viable excuse.

Apparently it is possible to be that wrong, because you did not even quote me correctly.

Your "quote" of me says Riot reduced his spin damage.

My quote actually says using exhaust to reduce Garen's spin damage turns him into a wet noodle.

That can be said for every champion if your exauhsting the enemy teams hyper-tank/fighter your not exhausting their carrys or their assassins leaving your team vulnerable and even if your focusing garen it will take quite a while to kill him making focusing him ineffective this is ofcourse only a problem if garen isn't the only one dealing damage

And if you're exhausting the backline you leave the front line to deal full damage.

And if you peel the enemy team's divers you're not diving on your own.

League is full of decisions. All you're really saying is that Garen being a member of the enemy team forces your team to make another decision.

In this hypothetical situation, I will consider that my villian was a Janna who only built six zeals. In this case, yes, Garen OP as hell. :)

You let a Garen get to full build late game, you should suffer the consequence, its no different to letting a vayne get to full build, Bad idea, and want to kite him, BUILD THIS> item 3022

This build starts picking up steam as soon as you finish zz`rot and deadmans in which case it is impossible to outrun him in the lane black cleaver and ghostblade are just the icing on the cake god forbid he wins lane and has a gold advantage

Doesn't your comment more point out that the new items are a problem and not garen himself. I mean I hear the same thing all the time about sated junglers. Maybe people should complain about Deadmans plate allowing every melee champ to run you down instead of garen.
