I'm expecting to get downvoted but I've recently noticed that Vayne is the only champion (at least that I can think of right now) that doesn't actually have a joke.
"I have no time for nonsense." "Joke? What do you mean?"
I don't find those two phrases funny at all. A bit bland to me considering her only taunt is "Hitting me is like boxing with shadows."

Mecha MaIphite3 votesTo me, it's a play on her being this serious, edgy character with no time for jokes. It's not what you'd expect from a conventional joke, but it works to an extent.
Specifically, the first line is sort of like a funny little interaction between the player and Vayne, kind of like how Morde says "You only need to click once, fool" or Malph with "I'm moving as fast as I can".
