Ezreal!? Where are you!?

I just wanted to ask how do others feel Ezreal is doing right now? I personally think hes better than the 45% win rate, but is he needing a buff of some sort to keep him healthy at 50% win rate? I use to main Ezreal and hes ok in certain match ups but I just feel there is so much stronger picks that Ezreal doesn't come to my mind anymore. I hardly see him in LCS and thats sad to me because he has such high mobility and great outplay potential. How does everyone else feel in regards in Ezreal? I am just curious if anyone else feels the same way or vary in opinion.
