if they find a way to keep him in the jungle he can be buffed unlike other champions like voli for example,his supporting is also fine but it is too risky as he may go top or mid aswell,with the new targetted spell nerfs incoming they believe nunu can be buffed i'm pretty sure about it

no his kit works in jungle actually and his kit is even competitively viable

yeah and unlike someone he sees competetively play hell even some recetly relase champions don't see the light of lcs
