Why is there no ap item that builds from quick silver sash? Those games against Malz and WW where you want the cleanse quick silver sash can be an excellent item on everyone but mages lose a lot of damage late game if they need it. If an assassin or adc needs the cleanse they can build into mercurial scimitar and not lose any damage from opting out of a different item.

It doesn't remove Zed's ultimate either.

You need an item with a cleanse active.
