Should Riven be buffed?

i see riven more often than u think she in fact needs a nerf or more of her counters buffed

She is in a pretty bad spot right now, if people play her then just because they enjoy her kit a lot. She gets outclassed hard in elo with people with brain. Why people here complain about her here? Well, you need brain to be able to abuse her weaknesses and basic understandings of the matchup to win against her. Thats too much for this board so people just qq, kinda like zed and lee.

Riven is in a fine spot. What bothers me is Riven mains saying she's underpowered to seem "even more skilled" when they win with the champion. Please. She has strictly consistent above 50% winrate, especially in high elo (funny cause some arguments are riven is a noobstomper, well statistics disagree : her winrate goes up as the league is higher).
