Make Jarvan IV's Q and R scale with Total AD
Reduce the base damage if needed, I don't care, but seriously, I WANT to buy 
on him, but he has no Total AD ratios, so it's really a waste :(

dangopee2 votesWhen they were talking about Sterak's before the fighter item update came out, they specifically said they were looking to increase AD without giving more bonus AD and they specifically said "Looking at you J4..." The item was literally designed to NOT synergize with Jarvan.
