vlad needs tweaks
to explain, lets look at vlad's current pros and cons:
Pros: -high single target burst -moderate to high aoe burst -high sustain -no mana costs -damage scales from health as well as ap -untargetability + speed boost -no skillshots
cons: -no dash/blink -no hard cc
considering most people buy protobelt on him he ends up with a dash anyways which leaves him with 7 pros and 1 con
vlad used to be good when he was the sustain mage with a damage steroid ult, back then he was balanced. Now with him having a dash and such high single target burst with crimson rush he's effectively a durable battlemage and burst mage whose skill set ranges from assassin-like to ap juggernaut but all at the same time.
Possible Solutions: 1: I think the easiest tweak he could have is to remove the bonus damage (keep the healing) from crimson rush and Q, he really shouldn't be able to burst and sustain without any significant trade-offs. 2:Alternatively, make q a skill-shot so he cant just pool/dash into its moderate range and guarantee the damage, people should be able to dodge/block it. 3:Another option though far less reasonable is to remove the mobility afforded by pool (perhaps make it stationary and just provide slow/sustain and untargetability) as well as remove extra healing on empowered q but keep the damage. This option preserves the burst but removal of sustain/pool mobility are historically central to his kit.
Overall I would vote for option 1 but riot seems to like changing everything into a skillshot so they might as well balance a champion while theyre at it for once.
