Idea to improve IP grinding

Hey guys, my name is PlanetRekt and I play on the NA server. I've been playing since around mid-season 6.

I have noticed that it costs a lot to buy runes, and grinding to lv30 normally only can bet you around a page of tier2 runes with a few tier3s. And this feels like a measly way to play the game. If I hadn't been spending RP, I wouldn't have a quarter of my current champ pool with IP only. So I was playing a card game (not naming since I don't wanna repost invade it gets deleted) where it gives a quest every day and can store up to 3 quests. You can delete 1 quest per day as well, and have it replaced. Once you finished a quest it rewards you with ingame currency, like IP.

So I thought, why not implement this into league? But there's one modification. But let me explain my idea first. My idea is for league to give a daily, weekly, and monthly quest. You can reset every quest you receive month. Daily quests would be like [play 2 games] or [win 1 game] or something along those lines. A weekly goal could be [receive 5 honors] or such and a monthly goal could be something big like [win 20 games] or [get a pentakill] Each of these would reward you with things anywhere from a shard, essence, a skin, but mainly IP. Once in awhile maybe a little RP, but not a substantial amount. I think this would give an incentive to play league instead of have fun and climb

But in all seriousness, I'm pretty sure Riot wants all players to be on equal footing, and having a daily quest would be detrimental to those who can't play every day.

You think a weekly and a monthly would suffice? I'm only suggesting a little, like 100/200 ip for a quick quest

Perhaps. I like the idea, considering 205~ IP every day would be enough to purchase a 6300 champ in a month. However, there should be some speculation on how to compensate the players who cannot play daily.

Well on idea was that you could accumulate up to 3 quests at a time, to not have it too harsh on the nondaily players but still reward daily players. I think the idea is good, but I feel like it might be abusable.
