The beginner pack example.
I mean, they are labeled beginner's champions for a reason and have no business in elo above Silver. It pisses me off when even against Riot's statements of buffing them for this reason, there are people that insist on playing them.
After Gold, these champions among others should be locked out from being played. A real team that teaches you the game proper and promote what LoL is should be this

Second off, your list of "beginner" champs are no better or worse, pound for pound, than other "advanced" champs. Champs all take disparate levels of skill, and cater to a wide range of skill levels, personal preferences, styles, metas, compositions, etc. Why do you care so much who plays what where?

You should relish in the opportunity to showcase your superior micro skill against players playing these beginner champs in your games. If that's indeed what happens.

All of their skills are straight to the point with little bonuses that help you later grow and master those champions. is no where near in terms of play style. Same for the rest of your list.

Playing Soraka in Masters or even Diamond is just shameful.
