Does this mean Deathfire touch does 1/4 of its damage every 0.25 seconds? Also how does this interact with Lyandri anyone knows=?

Unchanged. Those dots only refresh on new damage. They do not stack up more dots.

I imagine it also leaves those effect's dps unchanged as well.
