Good in theory, Battle Soraka... has anyone tried this yet?

I am very very tempted on trying this out with a bunch of friends, in normals. In fact, I'm definitely gonna try this out.

But I'm curious about something. Has anyone tried this one?

I remember that right before her first rework, solo lane soraka was NOT fun to fight against in the midlane. Her Q just constantly tore you apart, every time she used it, you couldn't assassinate her because she'd just silence you and laugh....then keep throwing Q's. By the time she thew out the 3rd Q, you were gonna take a LOT of damage.

Now, solo soraka is the dead. But with the newest rework to her kit, I've seen this video and now I wanna see if it'll make a come back in the toplane!
