I disagree, on the grounds that popping Ivern's shield doesn't stop the slow + nuke and it makes it hard to counterplay his ganks if you don't have a dash. At least with Shaco if he jumps behind me and boxes I can stamp them out quickly

Yes, but if I'm playing somone squishy Ivern can't pop out of nowhere and murder me. And then when I run I get feared by a box then murdered.

At least Ivern can't surprise you. That I find more annoying than tankiness tbh.

Meh, I never really struggled against Ivern, Shaco was a problem.
