Gragas Nerf? Why? LCS is at it again?

Gragas Bodyslam (!) cooldown increased to 16/15/14/13/12 from 12 at all ranks

Please Riot don't make him a 40% winrate in rank but a 60% Winrate in LCS. Don't create a huge gap between pros and new players. Please... He is soo Fun to Play.. He is one of the few Fun champion to play.

At Least give him back some tankyness, you guys nerfed alot of his tankyness before. Like Health Regen. His bodyslam is one of his hardest skill to hit ever since you guys nerfed its width.

Don't balance a champion based on COOLDOWN REDUCTION. 16 SEC IS HUUUUUUGE NERF, it's insanely HUUUGE.

It's not his fault, you guys gave cooldown reduction in almost every Tank item.
