Looking for experienced jungler advice - when two lanes are in a mess in the first 8 minutes...

Looking for some experienced jungler advice. (Just had one of those games where you question why you play the game.)

I just had a normal game on my Elise where my team had a timid Vayne and Thresh on bot (versus a Sona and Twitch), and they got pushed in early. On top lane, I had a Galio who insisted on pushing top against an Irelia (and yes, dying). The Lux at mid was fine - I had dropped a ward on either side of mid while passing through, after having grabbed the red buff and chickens. Of course, with this being normals, there was a lack of warding by any of the players on my team - except for one control ward I had snuck near their red and my own stealth wards. At this time, I was barely keeping up with my farm compared with the opposing Nidalee.

Of course, the toplaner was constantly crying about the enemy jungler being on top and was either dying or forced into early recalls. (Incidentally, after checking the replay, the Nidalee he was complaining about was nowhere near top and was usually either farming or wandering near the mid and bot lanes through this whole fiasco.)

In the end, the Irelia ended up wandering to mid, leading to the Lux dying twice due to joint Talon/Irelia/Nida ganks. I couldn't do anything with the botlane, even though I managed to pull off one successful gank on the Sona - which was ks'ed by the Lux, of course. (They promptly died after not checking the minimap and ignoring my ward and pings that Talon, Nida and Twitch were about to gank bottom.)

Which lane would you pick to help? How would you handle this situation?

If Galio keeps pushing and feeding, fuck him. Focus your efforts on mid to try to get Lux ahead, so she can roam and assist other lanes with her long range spells and ult. Vayne should be timid early, and farm for late game, but if they are getting pushed in, flanking there can help her immensely if you can get her some kill/assist gold and relieve some pressure.

Just as how it isn't the junglers fault if a lane gets behind, it isn't the lanes fault if the jungler gets behind.

As a jungler your job isn't to constantly fix lanes, as most low eloquent junglers think. Your job, especially playing a champion that is capable of carrying, to get ahead so you can have a lot of impact mid and late game. Getting a lane ahead as a jungler is a bonus, not a necessity.

If you can't do anything at all in any of the 3 lanes then you should be counter jungling. If your lanes are losing and youdon't have the enemy jungle warded and the camps timed then you haven't given yourself the basic tools required to carry.

If I was in your game I would have been counter jungling hard and grabbing kills bot and mid while ignoring top. If you can't get ahead enough as a jungler to gang a bot lane without the help of your bot land then you need to relearn the true limits of elise in the jungle.

Dont focus on your lanes ability to contribute, focus on your own ability to solo carry, you'll learn to climb much faster once you realize how little your team mates matter, especially in low elo.

Its not hard to know when you teammate dies. If you see a team mate dies and give off first blood. Camp the lanes. Its one less early game fed person to worry about. If a teammate doing good and keeps killing them. Camp the lane and get that tower to cause your team to snowball and that laner can help other laners to get towers too.

Its yours and the laner's fault if your not ganking and letting that enemy laner snowball so bad that he'll rofl stomp your other lanes that are doing good. Never cast blame, find a way to make yourself better so it doesn't happen again. Blaming others will only lead to toxicity.
