Let's start with the current ones, because let's be honest, stat-cicles are really boring.

item 3031 Crits now grant 10% movement speed for 2 seconds._ (Stacks 3 times)_

item 3078 Now grants extra stats, which can be toggled between:

  • 200 HP, 100 HP regen
  • 30 Adaptive damage, 200 mana
  • 10% movement speed, 10% attack speed

item 3071 Upon reaching max stacks, now inflicts a minor bleed, dealing 1% health every second. Lasts 7 seconds.

item 3089: Nearby dead units now temporarily grants 5 AP. Lasts 10 seconds.

item 3001 Being hit by spells now grants a 10% HP magic shield after a 3s delay.

item 3068 Can now be toggled on, dealing 200% additional damage, effecting the owner as well.

item 3107 The Redemption aura now may be recast once more, after a 5s delay.

item 3190 Now grants an aura which gives 20% MS to shielded allies.

#**Please don't hurt me, I'm just brainstorming! ** If you think I've made a lapse in judgement, just say "Oi Habbyman! Rack off ya silly nitwit" or something like that. You can brainstorm too, feel free to suggest new ideas! I'll start you off:

item 3056 Also prevents nearby allied towers from taking damage.

i think it would be more interesting if you could just attach any stat to a single item of your choice instead.

want to add 1000 gold worth of ap to triforce? no problem.

want to add 20% cdr to infinity edge? there you go.

want to add 1000 gold worth of health to warmogs? go for it.

want to add 30 ad to you boots? got you covered.

basically you pay 1000 gold and get the same value in stats on any single item of your chosing. you cant enchant more than 1 item but its completely open to you what you want to add.

for example id just increase item 3031 crit chance to 40% and stick with it for my only crit item on garen.

LOL! That's genius! Like, it'd really support off meta builds as well. It's definitely a better idea than the current one, but I'm not sure how it could be worked in. Would Ornn choose when he upgrades the item? Or would be unlock each stat option? Also, I see you live up to your name, good sire.
