Why jungler that are not suppose to have insane clears speeds have insane clears speeds?

Their clears speed are way faster than and these 2 champions are suppose to be played around macro.

He is an Assassin, Look at Shyvana and Udyr, do they have insane teamfights potential? Can they 1shot squishy without being Kited? Why can Kayn do that? Aatrox got his additional damage to monster removed but Kayn nooooo.

His clear is fast so he can gank more often to get his upgraded form, if he didn't have fast clear speeds he would be trash tier.

I remember a few seasons ago when word got out that Shyvana was clearing really fast, and DAMN they were all over that shit.

Kayn has fast clear speeds because his Q does 55 bonus damage on hit to monsters.

LeeSin has fast clear speeds because he gets attack speed from using abilities and his Q deals bonus damage on the second cast based on the target's missing health. His W gives him life steal, spell vamp, and a shield.

Graves has fast clear speeds because his auto attacks deal more damage the closer he is to a target as well as having push back on monsters. He can also easily detonate his Q thanks to the tight spaces of the jungle.

Shyvana has W as her main clearing tool and no mobility outside of the movement speed it offers. Udyr has either Tiger Stance or Phoenix Stance depending on how you want to play between a sort of off-tank or DPS nuker. Again; No real mobility outside of a movement speed increase.

Kayn literally moves through walls. LeeSin can Ward Jump with W or hit you or a minion from over the wall with Q. Graves can dash over walls with E.

They clear faster because they have mechanics that allow them to either deal more damage in a burst or have better mobility than Shyvana Udyr . But you shouldn't pick a jungler just based on mobility alone because 9/10 times with Kayn you're better off going Rhaast than Shadow Assassin. I would ask you to keep in mind however on that statement I haven't tried the new DD on Blueberry yet.
