Riot has been meme-ing lately with extremely tiny changes thinking it will severely impact a champion. The key to balancing jax isn't reducing his starting ad by 1.67 or nerfing his usually only use once in a 1v1 fight q by 15 dmg, but instead he needs to have increased cd's specifically on his e if not also q slightly. His ult needs to have the resist scaling looked at also. This way he doesn't lose damage but if he messes an engage up his window for punishment is larger in the same respect his clearing will be worse bc his e will not be up as often for camps which is what it seems riot wanted to accomplish with a 1.67 base ad nerf. What do you guys think?

i think when they do something like a small ad lowered or increased they're really just throwing it out into the open game for data collection. To see how this ever so slight change will affect his overall game performance. This will allow them in a later patch to be more accurate in a nerf/buff.
