Q: 90% AP W: 165% AP E: 70% AP R: 140% AP

W: DoT puddle that is easily exited unless you got hit by slow projectile, only does full damage increase if the enemy is ALREADY DEAD.
E: Defensive shield
R: Delayed damage with relatively short range.
A champion with multiple delays and unreliable spells should have one of the highest pay offs.

she can just press W or R and then land her Q because of the continuous slow.
