Not a balance question im legit curious. I just thought it was wierd how Kayns has a requirement but zeds does not, when Zed's is undeniably better in most situations.

Oh i guess thats true, zed's "requirement" would be landing spells. ALthough the extra shadow/mobility is basically free

I wouldn't say free (most the time) because the majority of his matchups are people with just as much mobility, like ahri/lb/yas(him dashing through the wave) etc etc
