@riot Preseason team about Sword of The Divine

Are we ever going to see Sword of the Divine ever return? there have been 2 Iterations of it and I think people loved the second iteration alot more than they liked the first (esp since dodge quickly became irrelevant) Even though most people did not build it in competitive I think it was some sort of cult favorite fun Item( I saw alot of Talons,Twitch,Rivens,Dravens,Zed build it) and alot of people liked it . can we get some clearer insight as to why this Item was removed how it impacted balance and rather not it could possibly see a return this preseason?

Now that crit is being changed around I think it could be a interesting time to review that Item.

I think that SotD could return, but with a different buildpath and a different active, it's mechanics made it unviable.

Example: item 1043 + item 1018 + item 1036

New Stats: 30% CRIT, 30% AS, 15 AD **New Passive: **Your Attacks deal 20 bonus physical damage on-hit and each consecutive AA on the same target add's 5 bonus damage to this effect, this damage can crit. (Half of this damage for Hurricane's Bolts). **New Active: ** Increase your attack speed by 100% for 3 attacks and doubles this item on-hit effect.
