Lissandra QoL (buff) change

So I've been playing Lissandra lately and I really enjoy her! She may not be the strongest but she's fun. :)

However there is something that bothers me.. You can't Flash + R instantly. With some abilities, when you flash in range they activate immediately, however that's not the case with Lissandra's R... If you target the enemy and then flash you have to target them again. :( If this change would go through Lissandra would be easier at punishing carries out of position, which is kinda what she does.

I think this would be a nice QoL change to Lissandra, a small boost in the right direction. (she could definetly use it!) Let me know your thoughts!
