Ryze Rework - Is he going to be the next broken champion?

Hey everyone!

I was watching Bjergsen play Ryze and I was wondering.... How the f. does he do so much damage! And that pushing (minion clearing) power is insane! It's absolutely busted! You have to play him well of course, but still, Ryze mains must have alot of fun! The combos are pretty ridiculous with that cooldown. It's a ''spam the f. out of that keyboard'' champion :')

PS: He wasn't nerfed in 6.18, so what you see in this patch is still accurate!
