Didn't realize how bad ARAM is right now

Hi! Premise: after spending the last couple of seasons mostly playing ARAM, last week I had decided to quit LoL, because I couldn't stand the damage being so high and games being so snowbally any longer. As a goodbye though, for old times' sake, I decided to play ma boy Fiddle (mid).

And oh boy, it was actually good! The overall damage wasn't actually that high (it is almost in line with what I remember from seasons 2 and 3), and while towers are indeed made of paper I felt that the game wasn't more snowbally than, again, S2 and 3. (In one game our Nasus was getting behind the enemy Jax, so our jungler and me camped him and thus Jax couldn't get fed out of control even though he had a lead - and this is exactly how I remember it being back in S2/3 too).

So, my point: the game does have a few problems right now, but if you want to have a truly bad experience go play ARAM. You'll regret it.
