Ohmwrecker no good when behind. Buff: cast on your turret for % buff speed and\or damage

Id don't want to necessarily encourage turtling but I would like it do something a bit more than it does now. Someone posted that it doesn't do much when you are behind. Others have posted that it doesn't do much when you are ahead either [ rim shot ]. So I don't know why there aren't more options for items but oh well. Luden's Echo... what was before that and how long has it been since the last item was created?

Its just not a great item in my opinion. I have made it work a few times but only when my team actually follows me into dives instead of doing their own thing. In any real situation where you are diving turret you should be able to tank turret long enough to kill whoever you are diving so the gold spent on the item is not worth the stats. The stats on it point more towards buying it on a tanky champ but in every situation there is a better item choice for it. Supports dont have that kind of gold to spend on something they wont get till later on when it is not as good because fights happen more by dragon/jungle camps

The active needs to be on a cheaper item inside its build.
