Riven and CoC
I find it interesting how Riven can use CoC more effectively than the tanks it was designed for. Riven can proc it more frequently than most Tanks. Pretty silly to have that much hard CC on Riven.

Teémò2 votesMany champions can proc it. So long as you can have it ready for a team fight and have a form of hard cc. non meta adc's like lulu can use it pretty well.
Zen Ineth1 votesMost tanks will have their CC up in 30 seconds. She just gets a more noticeable use out of it, since it's damage mitigation on a (relatively) squishy champion.

Most tanks will have their CC up in 30 seconds. She just gets a more noticeable use out of it, since it's damage mitigation on a (relatively) squishy champion.
They aren't getting the constant flow of shields like Riven does though. Vi as well.

Riven gets a shield on her E all the time. One more shield every 30 seconds isn't going to do much.
Don't worry, they stack. I watched a riven dive a tower and kill three people with constant shields.
