Playing Immobile mages in mid feels like you need to play like a complete pu***

No, I’m not talking about the few good AP champions who are strong like Leblanc

I’m talking about AP mages (or whatever silly sub category you want to put them in). Champions like Vel Koz, Veigar, Viktor, Syndra, Xerath, and even Orianna

Playing these champions in the current meta isn’t bad. I’m not saying they are weak. I’m saying their currently play style is literally forcing you to play like a complete P^^%%# in lane. You are pretty much delegated to farm under turret

You’re giving these champions very little tools to outplaying their opponent. You stay in lane to clear minions from a distance or very quickly.

Don’t confuse this with individual players just being superior despite champion match up

In my opinion, this is the biggest problem Riot won’t address. The play style that these champions are being forced into is getting worse. Riot even gives these AP champions more mana to spam spell knowingly that they just it to auto farm the wave with little interaction

I’m for giving AP champions less wave clear/mana for more kill pressure. That’s how you get people to fight in lane

Instead you have started giving mid lane champions (those with mobility) all the tools they need to actually presssure but the non mobile mages you didn’t
