Why I think Draktar is overloaded

Okay, lets talk about assasin itemization, draktar item 3147 in particular.

We've seen most bruisers buy it and one shot anyone with it in less than half a second, even zed when buys it one shots squishy targets in 0 seconds (i do that every time in my smurf)

But the thing is not if assasins are broken or if the damage is too much, i'm gonna talk about why this item is overloaded and should be split in two or changed.

First, we have to talk about the stats:

> +55 Attack Damage +10% Cooldown Reduction +18 Lethality

Okay, there are ad items that give more ad (80) and they are not focused for assasins, thats because they moved part of the power of the item to the unique passives.

So stats are fine imo (although i personally think cdr shouldnt be an assasin thing)

So where is the overloaded thing then? the unique passives, i will talk about why I think they are overloaded and also overpowered.

> Blackout: When spotted by an enemy ward, reveal traps and disable wards around you for 8 seconds, Melee attacks instantly kill these devices. (90 second cooldown).

So lets talk about this first, supports have 3 wards, and most champions have 1 ward every 240 to 120 seconds depending on level. This means blackout can reveal wards in less time than you can ward, specially early game where most of the snowball happens.

Supports also have to use their ACTIVE trinket to find wards and deactivate them manually, not with 1 autoattack, even if they were melee, do you see what i'm talking about now?

But thats not all, even if draktar is on cooldown you can alt click it to see if you are spotted or not, which means that you always have vision control over any other non-draktar user. In my personal opinion this is unfair.

Now, lets talk about why they put this passive, if we check the other passive:

> Nightstalker: After being unseen for at least 1 second, your next basic attack against an enemy champion deals 30 - 200 bonus physical damage and slows them by 99% for 0.25 seconds. Ranged basic attacks do not apply this slow. (Lasts for 5 seconds after being seen by an enemy champion).

You need to be unseen in order to proc it, and they created the other passive so you could know if you are unseen to activate it, however, as i explained this breaks the vision control of the enemy team.

So basically, you have full control over enemy vision, clear it instantly and without having to even do it actively while supports have to clear it strategically and also actively, and they have to use time to do it because they dont have this "One shot ward" thing.

I'm not sure what changes could make it not overloaded and balanced but its clearly too strong as an item and should be changed.

Here is what I would do, but as I said, i'm not sure if this would be the right thing:

-Blackout cooldown increased from 90 seconds to 240~120 seconds (depending on level) -Blackout is now an active and shows wards in a wide area for 5 seconds (kinda like the lens) -Blackout no longer grants melee users the ability to one shot wards.

-Nightstalker: I would change the instant damage to a bleed over time (over 3~5 seconds?) so it gives some oportunity to heal, zhonya or whatever.

This is my personal opinion although i tried to explain it objectively, now, i would like to know your opinion. I'm an assasin user and i know this would hurt assasins but I think they are too strong at the moment especially because this item and I think assasins should be rewarded for doing great and not for building an OP item.
