Is this normal...? I'm scared now of play

Some days ago I got an int gang plank on top, flaming me since the beginning calling me weeb ???, he was premade with another player playing support that were flaming me too for no reason (just because they were premade i think).

At the end of that game we lost hard because that gp started trolling hard and i reported him. After that game i entered again in queue to chill from that game, he was again on my game, and he said in the chat "Ey Scrub, gonna int again for ya <3!" i dodged that game and waited 5 minutes.

Then i entered again in queue, entered in the game, and both of them were in the enemy team, as botlane.

I entered in op.gg and saw that the player is in Diamond 5 (even playing as a gold player). I played fizz and told my team that i was gonna mute them since the beginning because they were flaming me hard, they got fed somehow but i managed to carry the game as fizz camping them.

At the end of the game they flamed me again and I reported both again.

They told me they would get me ban, they said that I'm a toxic player (I just said in that game chill, dont flame me and gonna mute you).

Then, after that I thought, I wont find them again, I hope they get banned as they deserved.

Then yesterday I played some arams, surprise, they were in my team, a Janna flashing into me with zilean bombs to kill me and the other guy that were literally laughing, ksing all the kills and then suiciding, I got them twice in a row... And reported them in all of those games.

Now, today I wanted to stop playing mid because I felt bad because that games, and I wanted to get in some other kind of games, so I played Sona as support, surprise, premade of 4 decided to troll, I didnt dodge because I thought they were just getting fun of me, but no, tahm kench mid...

At the start of the game i told them that I was gonna mute all because I didnt want to get tilted or play worse because of ping spam, and muted all. But they feed insanely hard and I tried to carry myself with an ap build instead of a supp build just to come back, It wasnt enough so we lost.

Then, at the end of the game, two enemies started flaming me "Garbage player Sona", "Get Rekt", "Hahaha scrub", then I realized, they were the two players from yesterday, and I reported them.

The worst thing is that they wont be banned ever, and I probably will because thats how the system works, its not the first time I get a chatban, just by saying whatever I need to say (calls, ping drake, muting people and asking to chill for people flaming).

I dont know if going into queue again, I will find the same disgusting players, destroying whatever game I play and make me feel even worse.

What should I do?
