wait wiat so you are telling me a champion that is countered by 75 gold in lane, actually has a horrendous lane phase, and is countered by champions like Lee should be less brain dead? I don't know if you know this but akali is actually terrible if you ruin her early game. Not only are there items like Maw, GA, Banshees, Morgana sheild(and ult which gives vision in shroud) and items like Steraks aren't enough to stop her but cc is very effective if you have a good blitz, morgana, janna etc.
Akali isn't brain dead she requires a careful all in timing late game and has a large learning curve when it comes to how to disengage and re-engage. I think it's really kind of rude to say she is brainless when she is very difficult to play in the lane phase and can have strong comps/items used against her. So her healing is strong? that is what suppose to keep her decentin her early 1v1 situations, if you call a jungle she actually has very little to do to stop the gank. Akali is out poked and out laned by all meta picks at the moment, azir, malz, viktor all do well against her.
Akali is not brain dead I hate people who label assassins that, maybe it's your own fault for standing too close? Itemizing wrong? Not counting her cooldowns or summoner timings? Assassins have a decent learning curve for all in timings and how to work around their poor lane phase. If you want to fix akali and not make her "brain dead" they need to rework her Q and her E so its not just a damage dump.
